The first Event of the Korat cats since 1976 in Germany

The first KORAT cats appeared to Germany in 1975 / 76
1976 on a show in Offenbach of the 1. DEKZV, there was exhibit the first four KORATs in West - Germany. It was a female Cat import from USA, "Ch. Si-K'IU Chintana of Sun Team" and her three kittens.

1980 - 83 some KORATs was shown, but this wasen't enough to make the breed really well - known. Therefore the knowledge - degree asleep in the following years completely altrough there were some KORAT Breeders in Germany.

Since 1994 something changed in the world of the German KORAT Breeders. Some engaged breeders visited with their Cats almost every show in In- and foreign countries.

Whoever knows a bit about FIFe exhibitionsrules, knows that a cat must be visit at least 21 shows around Europe to get the title " European Champion"

The beginning of the first big successes of the KORAT cat in Germany
was in the years 1997 and 1998

After 21 years of breeding KORATs in Germany, finally one earned the title European Champion in March 1997. It was the scandinavian KORAT:

whom we imported from Norway when she was 13 weeks old.

In the March 1998 reached from German breeding the first female Korat cat the Title European Champion:

European Jeba's Lin Elfy is the daughter of European Jona's Linchi Lin.

got a Winner-price-goblet from her judge Mrs. Eveline Preiss (Austria) at a Show in Solingen/Germany June 06, 1994. Mrs. Preiss noticed, that finally once a KORAT is shown in Germany, and for that she spend Linchi a Special-Price		 Special-Price to Linchi-Lin

A wonderful success
In March 1998 reached the first German female KORAT
» Jeba's  Lin  Elfy «
the status  European Champion.

At shows, Jeba's Lin Elfy is easy to present to the judge. At almost every show she won "Best In Variety" and was Nominated for "Best In Show".
